Chocolate, chocolate and chocolate

After some days under the sun, the seeds of cacao are dry and ready to be sold. But before selling, we prepared some chocolate for ourselves. Yesterday we toasted on the fire about one kg of seeds and we peeled them while watching Jack Sparrow speaking in Spanish (he's always sexy, no matter which language he speaks) . Today we grinded the seeds in very oily cacao powder. We shaped it in several blocks that we put on banana leaves to dry. 100% pure cacao: very healty and tasty! I already prepared some biscuits with this chocolate... If we had a oven over here...Chocolate cake... Chocolate soufflé.... Crostata with chocolate...But I can't complain...
I love chocolate!
