Chan Chan and Huaca del Arco Iris

Chan Chan (means Sun Sun)  is the world's largest adobe city. It's a mud city  built in 1300AD as the religious and administrative capital of the Chimu Kingdom (pre-inca period). 

La Huaca del Arco Iris, or La Huaca del Drago, was used by the Chimu as a ceremonial center.
